Vermont's Use of Biological and Chemical Pesticides (2017)

The Department of Environmental Conservation (Department) is reissuing the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) pesticide general permit (2017 PGP) which authorizes the point source discharges of biological pesticides, and chemical pesticides that leave a residue, to waters of Vermont.
